lim-rǽden, The passage where this word is given as a gloss to chlamide is: Pro chlamide, quam angelicae puritatis liniamento . &#39;. . adsciscebat, Ald. 35, 10. In Wrt. Voc. ii. 79, 47, which refers to the same passage, liniamento is glossed by lim-gelecg : it is probable, then, that lim-rǽden is a gloss to liniamento rather than to chlamide, and has the same meaning as lim-gelecg (q. v.
